简易绿豆酥饼

 

馅儿: 绿豆煮熟 把水空干后 用一点油和白糖炒干

皮儿: 村姑用加拿大妈的秘方(shortening加面粉 然后一个鸡蛋一小勺白醋一杯水)

网上貌似有复杂一点儿的 两层皮 水油面和油酥面 弄一起

裹好之后刷上牛奶扔上芝麻

烤箱里25-30分钟
